Pieces and payment

Each available listing is for the one-of-a-kind dice set shown in its photographs. Prices are in euros. Payment and the delivery address are handled by PayPal. An order is accepted once payment is completed.

Shipping

Orders ship from Austria with Österreichische Post in a tracked mailbox parcel. The checkout shows the shipping charge for the selected destination before payment. United States orders currently require a customs-inclusive quote by email.

Please check the address stored with PayPal carefully. Dispatch timing and an estimated delivery window will be confirmed with the order.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Email Wntrdice within that period before sending the piece back. The customer pays the return postage and is responsible for packing the dice securely.

After withdrawal, the purchase price and standard outbound delivery charge will be refunded within 14 days. The refund may be held until the returned piece arrives or proof of return is supplied. A deduction may be made for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the piece.

If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact Wntrdice promptly with the order details so it can be resolved.

Privacy

Wntrdice uses the order and contact information needed to take payment, fulfil the order, provide support, meet accounting obligations and prevent fraud. This can include your name, email address, delivery address, order contents, payment status and correspondence.

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Österreichische Post receives the information needed to deliver and track the parcel. Required records are retained for the applicable legal period; other personal information is removed when it is no longer needed.
